Jenna Caldwell Klein

Senior Director of Operations

Jenna Caldwell Klein is the Senior Director of Operations for TPI-US, responsible for strengthening the systems, structures, and cross-functional coordination that support the organization’s strategy and growth. She oversees organizational operations, people and talent, and technology, while helping translate priorities into clear plans and sustainable practices. She is drawn to TPI-US’s mission because of her belief that strong organizations are essential to expanding access to excellent teaching and learning.

Jenna brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources, operations, organizational strategy, and nonprofit leadership. Before joining TPI-US, she worked as an independent consultant, helping growing organizations build the people practices and operational foundations needed to scale sustainably. She previously spent a decade at the National Center for Teacher Residencies, where she built out the organization’s talent and technology systems, and ultimately served as Chief of Staff and Talent. Across her career, Jenna has led work in organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, change management, leadership development, and operational planning.

Jenna holds a Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas. In her personal time, she enjoys cycling, baking, and spending time with her husband, son, and cat. Jenna is based in Chicago.
