Shaina Singleton

Director of Review Operations

Shaina F. Singleton, MBA, MPA, serves as the Director of Review Operations at TPI-US. She brings more than a decade of experience building the operational and talent infrastructure that allows mission-driven organizations to execute with precision, spanning federal, state, and local government, nonprofit talent pipeline management, higher education, and workforce development.

Her academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, a Master of Public Administration from Southern University and A&M College, and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where her research focuses on leadership sustainability and organizational structures.

Shaina's career reflects steady progression through positions of increasing operational and strategic responsibility across government, higher education, and the nonprofit sector. She has managed multimillion-dollar grant-funded program operations, led student success and workforce development initiatives at the university level, and directed large-scale talent and program portfolios reaching thousands of participants annually, consistently delivering strong quality outcomes along the way. Across every role, Shaina's leadership has centered on one principle: infrastructure builds impact.

Outside of work, Shaina can usually be found at her local farmer's market, coffee in hand, or gathered with the small circle of people who keep her grounded and energized for the work ahead.
