Holly Womack

Director of Logistics, Project Manager, Inspection Team

Holly Womack currently serves as the Director of Logistics for TPI-US, overseeing the logistical

operations across all site visits and providing support for logistics agents and preparation

programs. Holly is also a certified team inspector of teacher preparation programs for TPI-US

and the North Carolina project manager. She works closely with state departments, preparation

programs, and team members to encompass all facets of the review process. Holly is also

involved in developing and delivering training and webinars for state initiatives and TPI team

members.

For thirteen years, Holly was a vision therapist and therapy program designer at Learning Vision

Connection and Family Vision Center based in Lubbock, Texas. Holly was also a first-grade

teacher in the Lubbock Independent School District for twelve years. During her time with the

district, she served in numerous leadership roles at the campus and district levels. In the roles

of English Language Arts/Reading Campus Academic Leader and CSCOPE Implementation

Curriculum Leader, Holly received the Teacher You Can Count On and the Teacher of the Year

awards.



She received her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, with a

minor in mathematics, endorsement in English as a Second Language, and Gifted and

Talented. She also received her Master’s degree in Language and Literacy at Texas Tech

University.
