Stephanie Howard

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS

Stephanie Howard is the Senior Director of Programs. She is motivated by ensuring our nation’s schools have well prepared, exceptional teachers and that all students have access to high-quality, rigorous, PK-12 education. In her role, Stephanie executes TPI-US’s strategic initiatives and plays a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and management of future developments and partnerships. Additionally, she works to guide and facilitate on-the-ground support of field operations, site inspections, and technical assistance for educator preparation programs across the nation. Stephanie also serves as a lead inspector, team inspector, and oversees the logistics teams responsible for executing hundreds of inspections that are changing the way preparation programs prepare teachers through TPI’s improvement-focused feedback. Stephanie has worked for over 20 years in education. Her career includes experience as an elementary teacher, school district behavior and curriculum leader, and program coordinator of an institute of higher education in Texas.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, and traveling.
